What is a gemstone?
A gemstone is a precious stone that amplifies qualities of healing and vitality when paired with the intention of the person who is working with them. They should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, intervention, or treatment. Gemstones are gifts from the earth and should be treated with respect and integrity at all times.
I broke my favourite mala. What do I do?
All of our products are made with love and we pay high attention to quality. But sometimes, these things happen. If your favourite mala has broken, you can send it back to us and we will re-string it for a flat $15 CAD fee. All or most of the beads and embellishments must be included in your package. Be sure to include your return address.
Will my order look like it does online?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
How do I know my bracelet size?
Our bracelets are made on elastic. Sizes may very between bracelets depending on embellishments and style. Use our sizing chart as a guideline.
